The City of Pinellas Park, in cooperation with their Accessibility Consultant, Benesch, needs your help to make our City a more accessible place for everyone! This survey should take no more than 20 minutes. Thank you, in advance, for your efforts as we move forward with this important city-wide project.
The purpose of this survey is to offer residents, visitors, and those who work in Pinellas Park the opportunity to record your experience using the City of Pinellas Park’s facilities, programs, and services. Pinellas Park is evaluating all city-owned buildings, sidewalks, parks, programs, and services to ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), develop an ADA Transition Plan, and become a barrier-free, accessible community. This survey seeks to gather input from the community on the level of accessibility of these facilities and will also assist in the prioritizing and implementation of improvements. This survey is voluntary and confidential. It is intended solely to inform the City on accessibility issues Pinellas Park residents, visitors, and others face daily. Responses will not be identified by individual. All responses will be compiled together and analyzed as a group.
Collected responses will be analyzed as a means of providing information to assist the ADA Transition Plan Team. For questions, accommodations, or a paper version of this survey, please contact the City’s Construction Services Director, Kyle Arrison at karrison@pinellas-park.com. Thank you!
