The goal of this survey is to understand why people leave fraternities and sororities. Your answers will be kept completely confidential and at no time will your name be revealed to anyone. At Phired Up, our primary focus is to get your valuable insight into questions about retention- we will not identify you in anyway and are committed to your confidentiality and anonymity. Should you provide us with information that indicates that you or someone else is being harmed in any way or is a danger to themselves or someone else we will share that insight with your organization's headquarters in a very general way.
