Learning Objective:
1) To understand the level of evidence for the use of BoNT-A in upper extremity spasticity in children with CP.
2) To delineate the complexity of the process with highly variable treatment response among patients, and the importance of optimal BoNT-A treatment strategy with multilevel combined treatment approaches.
3) To develop skills and knowledge in making clinical desicions on who to treat, how to treat and follow-up.
4) To discuss safety issues.
