The Beryl Institute's Global Patient and Family Advisory Council (GPFAC) is creating a directory of patient and family advisors (PFAs) that will serve as the basis for networking, sharing of resources and mutual support in our effort to promote improved patient experience. In this effort to identify a network of PFAs interested in working together, we will work to survey members to identify challenges and successes, determine resources needed and those they have found especially helpful.

PFAs generally work at their specific institutions with little connection to those doing similar work at other institutions. The GPFAC believes that building a network for PFAs will both strengthen our effectiveness at our respective institutions, but also contribute to a more effective voice for patients in the overall improvement of health care.

We encourage you to participate and complete the form, or forward this inquiry to any PFAs in your organization, so that we all can work together to improve the patient experience.

With Great Appreciation,
The Global Patient & Family Advisory Council - The Beryl Institute
