2018 Committee Request Form

Thank you for getting involved in your association! Our goal is to accommodate as many volunteers as possible, while also considering available space and overall make-up of each committee (e.g., member type, firm size, geographical representation, gender, ethnicity, primary specialty). 

2020 President Brandi Pearl Thompson will work in conjunction with her appointed 2020 Chairmen to match the scope of each committee’s work with the strengths and relevant experience of interested volunteers. Committee appointments will be confirmed by mid-December via e-mail from the Staff Support for the committee to which you are assigned. 

Unless otherwise specified in the committee descriptions, terms are 1 year. Any member of a committee or task force who fails to attend 3 regular meetings in the calendar year shall be construed as resignation.

Please make sure to click the "submit" button before leaving the site. Your request must be submitted by 5 pm on Wednesday, November 27.
