Please ensure you have read the Grant Funding FAQ Guidebook before starting your application

All funding decisions are approved or denied by the Pincher Creek and District FCSS Board of Directors. The applications for Grant Funds and Special Project Funds are accepted only when advertised. Availability of the Special Projects Grant funding is based upon available budget and not a yearly guarantee.

All applicants will be required to outline the outcomes measures they wish to utilize should their funding applications be successful. Each program must report on a minimum of one (1) outcome. FCSS Director can work with you to choose an appropriate outcome for your program.

All applicants approved for funding will be required to sign a Funding Agreement. This agreement will include details of payment, program reporting and other funding conditions. Organizations will be notified about funding decisions by October 20, 2025

No applications for retroactive funding will be considered. All funds allocated to a program must be expended by the end of your funding term as outlined in your funding agreement.

Additional Information
  • Meeting application requirements does not guarantee funding.
  • Keep in mind the review committee (Pincher Creek and District FCSS Board Members) may not be familiar with your organization or program. Write your application so that it can be understood by someone not familiar with your organization, programming, or sector. Avoid use of industry jargon and acronyms and ensure the ‘why’ behind information is explained.
Application Deadline is September 19, 2025. Late applications will not be accepted.
