2016 US Consumer Auto Shopping Survey

This quick consumer survey was created by Brian Pasch, founder of PCG Companies. PCG works with auto dealers and manufacturers worldwide and your feedback would be greatly appreciated. If you work in the auto industry, please do not complete this survey.

In this survey we use the word "manufacturer" to describe the company that builds vehicles. Ford, Hyundai, Toyota, and BMW are all considered manufacturers. Each manufacturer has a national website and local franchise dealers, selling cars for the manufacturer, have their own websites which list the cars that they have in stock.

In this survey we use the word "search engine" to refer to Google, Yahoo, Bing, AOL, and other similar websites.
