PA CultureCheck is a statewide survey created by PA Humanities and the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance to gather the voices and interests of cultural, arts, and humanities organizations, along with other nonprofits, community organizations, and businesses doing work in this space. We want to amplify your insights and perspectives, learn more about your work, and better understand the impact of the sector.

Data is kept strictly confidential and will ONLY be reported in the aggregate.
This survey is for data collection and reporting purposes only. Please consider granting permission to quote anonymously from your text responses as your words will illustrate our findings (option given in survey).

Helpful tips 
Some questions ask for comparisons between pre-pandemic business operations (2019) versus current operations. It may be helpful to have access to your organization's annual report, budget, or other organizational documents for these time periods. Estimates are fine. 

You may keep the survey open in a browser, but you CANNOT save answers if you close the window or restart your computer.
