Here some important information about your application:

Application period: You can submit your application till 21st April 2024. Applications will be revised rolling, but selected candidates will be announced by 26th April.

Availability: We need you to be available 3rd and 4th May for the first ideation weekend (it will take place online) and, if your team is one of the three finalists in each city, the 16th & 17th May (Berlin) or 23rd & 24th May (Barcelona).

Team: Despite the size of your startup, the ideal core team to participate in the Open Challenge is 3-5 people.

Team leader: We need the same person that fills out the application form to act as a team leader and the primary source of communication with the organization for logistic matters.

Extra team members: We have an application form for students who are applying individually. Once the participating startups have been selected and if you are missing any relevant profile, we will help you match with any of the students that are willing to join a startup team to participate.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:

Action period of the survey: 12.03.2024 to 21.04.2024. The organiser of the voluntary survey and controller in terms of data protection is Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Group Services Limited. Your data will only be processed for the purpose of analysing the survey in accordance with Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR.
