Employee of the Quarter

The Olgoonik Employee of the Quarter Program is designed to recognize one outstanding employee per quarter who consistently goes above and beyond in support of Olgoonik’s success. Any Olgoonik employee may submit nominations.

After the close of the quarter, all nominations will be evaluated by the executive selection committee, and a winner will be selected. Winners will be announced company-wide after each quarterly selection. All winners will receive an award plaque, a gift certificate of their choice, and recognition in the employee newsletter and on the Olgoonik website.
