Dear Recreational POWER boat Enthusiast,

You are invited to confirm the contents of a set to rubrics to assess Version 2 of entry-level, skill-based POWER boat standards agreed to by the POWER experts on the National On-Water Subject Matter Experts Team, empanelled using the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) approach.

The results of this survey will be used to validate and update version I of rubrics for POWER boat operation standards. The outcome of this content validation process will be version II out of IV planned stages of rubrics to assess entry-level, skill-based POWER standards performance. In this survey you will be asked to:

Provide individual contact information;
Describe your POWER boat recreational boating experience;
Identify boater education and instructor certifications;
Take a brief rubric composition tutorial; and
Complete the survey.
