2021 marks OpenView’s fifth Financial and Operating Benchmarks Survey. Backed by data from 400+ SaaS companies ranging from pre-revenue to $100M+ ARR, this survey is designed to summarize the performance, unit economics, and overall outlook of private software companies & the market. If you missed last year’s findings, explore them here.

For 2021, we’ve decided to go back to basics and re-examine organizational structure, GTM tactics, financial performance, and overall leadership to provide insight to guide operators. We look to leverage our prior findings on retention, growth rate, product development ROIs, and other key takeaways to help you make better, more informed decisions in your day-to-day.
