Applications are to be accepted on a continual basis. Those selected for the program will be notified ~2 weeks before the start date of the course. Those not chosen will be notified, and considered for future sessions.

Meeting all the other criteria requirements, applicants selected will be contacted by a member of Hetherington Group to submit a copy of their passport for US verification via encrypted email or fax (given 3 days to comply).
