At this critical juncture of public defense funding, the OCDLA Board of Directors needs your input. This anonymous survey addresses issues relevant to what you, the members, want most out of increased public defense funding.

This survey is 17 questions long. It is anonymous, but the Board may decide to share some or all of its data with members, the OCDLA Legislative Committee or OPDS, Office of Public Defense Services.

Please give us the benefit of your time and thoughts. And please watch your inbox for an invitation to a statewide meeting addressing these issues some time in October.

The survey is not exhaustive, and should only take 5–7 minutes, perhaps longer if you wish to provide written comments.

If you need to stop and return to it later, you can – but only when you use the same computer/device and with cookies enabled. Your previous responses will be saved, and can be edited. Note: You must click the "Next" button at the bottom of each page for your answers to be saved.
