Requirements for Successful Completion of this CNE Activity
In order to obtain a Certificate of Completion for this activity, learners must complete the following criteria:

Attend the OCCNS Spring 2016 Meeting
Sign the sign-in sheet if attending in person, or announce your presence if attending via conference call
Complete this online evaluation by June 17, 2016

Once the above criteria are met, a continuing nursing education certificate will be emailed to you no later than one week from today.

Participants can earn 1.0 continuing nursing education contact hours.

Oregon Nurses Association is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
