General Questions

The Town of Normal is in the process of updating the 2009 Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan. This plan update will serve as Normal's blueprint for investing in improvements that enhance safety, connectivity, and accessibility for people walking, biking, and using mobility assistance devices and aids like wheelchairs and walkers. We invite you to join town staff and your neighbors to help plan the future of walking, biking, and other forms of active transportation in Normal.

The purpose of this survey is to better understand your walking and bicycling choices, experiences, and suggestions to help make Normal a better place to walk and bike. Even if you do not regularly walk or bike, your input is important.

This survey is a total of 20 questions and is divided into three sections. In the first section, you'll provide a little information about yourself. The second section of the survey focuses on walking, and the third section focuses on bicycling. Your answers will be anonymous, even if you provide your contact information.

Respond to all 22 questions and you will have the chance to win a $25 Visa gift card! Be sure to leave your email address or phone number in the final question. One lucky winner will be drawn randomly after the survey is closed.

Thank you for your participation!
