2018 NCSEA Director & Officer Nomination Form

* 1. NCSEA welcomes all nominations for the Board of Directors and Officer positions. A candidate may self-nominate or may be nominated by another individual. Nominations will only be accepted from current NCSEA Individual Members in good standing, or the designated voter for an agency/organizational/non-profit member. All candidates must maintain an Individual Membership in NCSEA at the time of nomination, through elections and, if elected, during their term of service.

Nominees MUST be an individual member of NCSEA, and maintain that membership through elections, and, if elected, during their term of service.

Nominations for officer positions must be submitted by April 6, 2018, and Board nominations must be submitted by April 20, 2018.
