Thank you for your interest in attending IPFCC's 9th International Conference on Patient- and Family-Centered Care: Partnerships for Quality, Safety, and Equity. Through the generous support of the New York State Health Foundation, we have a limited number of scholarships to cover the tuition/registration costs. Please take a moment to respond to the questions below. This will help us select the award winners. We anticipate being able to award up to 18 scholarships. Decisions on scholarship applications will be made by August 15th and applicants will be notified by email.
