Abstract Form (Optional) - TLC & RRSP FY 2027

General Information

The deadline for submitting optional abstracts is Wednesday, January 21, 2026.

Submitting an abstract is not required. Submission of an abstract enables a potential applicant to receive early feedback on an application they are considering for the Transportation Planning Board’s Transportation Land Use Connections (TLC) Program and Regional Roadway Safety Program (RRSP). While abstracts are not required, potential applicants are encouraged to submit them. COG/TPB staff will review the abstracts and provide feedback approximately one week after the abstract due date.
