Wisconsin is one of nine states that do not allow alcohol to be ordered online or over the phone and then delivered to consumers in their homes or businesses.

Since 2018, the Wisconsin Restaurant Association has advocated for the ability for all alcohol licensees to be able to deliver alcohol when other products are delivered to consumers, such as a six-pack of beer with pizza or a great old-fashioned with a fish fry.
