White Bear Avenue Reconstruction Survey

Ramsey County Public Works reconstructed White Bear Avenue (County Road 65) between I-94 and Beech St in Saint Paul. The project was undertaken in partnership with the City of Saint Paul and Saint Paul Regional Water Services.
