Shape the future of the neighborhoods northwest of UConn: Four Corners, Hunting Lodge Road, Separatist Road, Timber Drive, Cedar Swamp Road and Beyond! This survey should take approximately ten minutes to complete.

Northwest Mansfield is evolving. Recent multi-family/mixed use development, in addition to the closure of Goodwin Elementary School, and the conversion of single-family homes to rental units, which has disrupted the owner occupancy-rental balance, has prompted the need to engage the Mansfield community in a discussion about the future of this area.

Help develop the roadmap for the future of  northwest  Mansfield. The final outcomes of this plan will be guided by our engagement process, and can provide:
  • Guidance for developing improved regulatory strategies, including zoning regulations.
  • Improvements to pedestrian and bicyclist access and safety
  • Management of traffic operations and safety
  • Protection of open space areas and environmental resources
  • Assistance in determining the future of Goodwin Elementary School
