WEST CONTRA COSTA COUNTY EXPRESS BUS IMPLEMENTATION PLAN

The West Contra Costa County Express Bus Implementation Plan will study the potential to expand express bus service that would link Hercules, Pinole, San Pablo, Richmond, and unincorporated communities in west Contra Costa County, to destinations in the west Berkeley, Emeryville, Oakland, and San Francisco. Once complete, the Plan will identify a preferred bus route alignment, address gaps in surrounding bike and pedestrian facilities, and pinpoint locations for future bus stops.
