2022 Field Trip REPEAT form
Thanks for offering to REPEAT a Field Trip for the Natural Resources Foundation of Wisconsin (NRF) in 2022! There are a few short Qs to answer in this survey, and then we can get your trip on the 2022 calendar.
NOTE this survey is just for repeat of the exact same trip, or with small changes to the trip. If there are significant changes to your trip, please fill out this survey instead.
Deadline for trip submissions: FRI. DECEMBER 3

2022 Field Trip safety and COVID-19: We will adapt our 2022 season to current CDC, State or local safety guidelines, and anticipate we will continue with the following precautions:
Group sizes: 15- 25 participants.
Indoor trips: Allowed and will follow current 2022 masking guidelines.*
Outdoor trips: Face masks are optional for fully vaccinated persons* and we ask that unvaccinated persons wear face masks.**
Sharing vehicles & buses: Allowed with all wearing facemasks.
Social distancing: Will follow 2022 guidelines; likely a continuation of spacing 6’ apart for leaders and participants of different households.
* Face masks may be required on some Field Trips due to leader preference or local/ facility policies.
** The Foundation does not have the capacity to screen for proof of vaccination.
