In this global pandemic, working people are facing unprecedented challenges at home and at work. No one should have to risk their job or face financial ruin in order to care for their health or a loved one, not in this pandemic and not ever.

The National Partnership for Women & Families is advocating for protections like paid leave and paid sick days so that no one has to make an impossible choice between work and family.
