COVID-19 Pandemic - Nephrology Experiences

The Nephrology Nursing Journal (NNJ) wants to capture what nephrology nurses and other nephrology health care professionals are experiencing in the COVID-19 pandemic.  To that end, we have created this opportunity for you to share your experiences. There are a few demographic questions and a number of open-ended questions. We are interested in your experiences, challenges, ethical dilemmas, the infection control and personal protective equipment practices in your organization, innovations and best practices that can be implemented by others, your safety and the safety of your patients, lessons learned, etc.

Note: Submissions should NOT include the names of individuals or organizations. You may submit your experiences with a directive to either print or not print your name with your submission.  If you do not want your name published, we ask that you share your email address with us so that we can verify the submission if necessary.  Your identifying information will be kept confidential.  Submissions with a directive to not publish the name of the submitter will be de-identified (coded with a number) prior to information being shared.  The identifiers will only be seen by two individuals, neither of whom is associated with any organization that provides care to nephrology patients. By submitting this information, you agree to its publication and use by ANNA/NNJ in print and digital media.

Invite others to participate: Please share the link to the survey (www.surveymonkey.com/r/NNJCOVID19) with all of your nephrology colleagues – nurses, physicians, patient care technicians, social workers, dieticians, etc. - and encourage them to share their experiences.

Thank you: Thank you in advance for your participation and your assistance in sharing the survey link with your colleagues.
