1. Rationale
This survey instrument looks at three major aspects of quality assurance in preparation for the synthesis report for the regional event in Russian Federation. The report covers countries of Eastern Europe and Central Asia regions and the major aspects are:
- Internal quality assurance of higher education institutions: operations and impact
- Quality assurance of research and innovation
- Quality assurance of distance education
