Our Executive Board

The National Human Resources Association is currently accepting applications for the following executive board positions:
Co-Director Membership
- The membership director reviews monthly membership metrics and supports membership growth and retention. Activities include coordinating affiliate touch points monthly, ongoing member outreach, coordination with the Marketing Director for member benefit campaigning, determining ways to understand member needs, and maintaining a relationship with our Mineral vendor. The Membership Director is also responsible for leading a membership committee of volunteers to support membership activities.
Co-Director Programs
- Lead professional development needs of the membership, including identifying relevant topics and trends in HR for program content. The position searches for subject matter experts and program speakers. The role coordinates monthly programs with the speaker and NHRA Administrator. The role is responsible for program credit submission for all programs across NHRA.
Director of Sponsorship
- The sponsorship director is responsible for identifying potential sponsors who are interested in engaging and partnering with the National Human Resources Association. The sponsorship director manages our sponsorship packaging options and foster long-term collaborative partnerships.
