To participate in the Regional Digitisation Project you must be a small- to medium-sized collecting organisation* in a regional area of Victoria (i.e. 1+ hours from Melbourne CBD). A minimum of four volunteers or staff must be available during the intensive to work with the Digitisation Officer - more volunteers are welcome!

Your organisation must have an accessible onsite collection and reasonable space to set up a temporary photography studio. You must be able to complete the intensive training during the first round period of October 2019 to April 2020. 

*Please note that State-funded galleries are not eligible to apply.
