2023 Workforce Needs Assessment

Please answer the following questions to indicate the workforce needs of your company. Answers provided will inform GAM of the strategic workforce solutions necessary to address manufacturers' immediate and collective needs. Key representatives within your company should participate, including but not limited to leadership, plant managers, department supervisors, and HR representatives. Please forward the assessment to individuals in your company who can provide meaningful input on workforce challenges. Your responses will be kept confidential and used only by GAM.
