Our application cycle opens on November 1, 2023. The deadline for our program is March 1, 2024. Please have all application materials submitted by the deadline.
The Northeast Regional Alliance (NERA) MedPrep in partnership with the Mount Sinai Department of Social Work (DSW) is working together to integrate the Behavioral Health program into the existing NERA organizational structure. This pipeline will target disadvantaged (DA) college students enrolled in a Bachelor of Social Work program during junior year to impact awareness and preparation for a competitive application to graduate school programs in social work and increase application submissions to graduate degree programs.
***To provide a safe educational environment for all of our college pipeline programs, NERA will follow current CDC and Institutional guidelines for the Summer 2024 sessions; requiring that all students participating in the program follow social distancing, wear a mask, and be vaccinated against COVID-19 (proof of vaccination will be required). These rules will be amended as new guidelines or regulations become effective. Please note that residential programs will have additional requirements.***
