NCPG Strategic Planning, Round 1 Stakeholder Input Introduction Like other nonprofits during the height of the COVID pandemic, the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) focused primarily on keeping our doors open and doing whatever we could to fulfill our obligations. As we closed out 2022 and moved into 2023, it became clear that the gambling landscape and some key issues have changed in important ways, along with our ability to access and engage our key stakeholders. This is the perfect time to refresh and update our strategic plan, and do so more deeply and inclusively. A critical component is gathering input from stakeholders like you, then seeking your feedback on the draft vision, mission, goals, and strategies before finalizing the plan. February-early April 2023: Round 1 stakeholder input Spring: NCPG uses results to refine its vision, mission, goals and strategies Summer: Round 2 stakeholder feedback on draft vision, mission, goals, and strategies, and final Strategic Plan Thanks in advance for your insights, and watch for updates, next steps, and results here.
