2016 National Cluster Meeting Youth Workshop Proposal Form

Thank you for your interest in presenting a workshop at a 2016 National Cluster Meeting. Please fill out this form completely for yours to be considered. Submittals are due no later than 9 AM, Wednesday, September 21, 2016. While you fill out this form, please know we are striving to make our workshops more interactive.  They will not be PowerPoint presentations, the rooms will have sound, and lots of activities.  These workshops will be created for you about our FACTS program, Financial Fitness program and Lead 2 Feed.  They will have approximately ten (10) minutes built in to each workshop for you to tell your story.  Notification of workshop selections will be made by September 26 via email.
