1. Overview

This year's theme is "Future KAB".

As Peter Drucker said, “The best way to predict the future is to create it,” and we invite you to join Keep America Beautiful to plan our future together.

With that in mind, we are seeking dynamic presentations that will motivate us to pursue excellence.

We seek presentations that inform community leaders about proven practices, innovative programs and motivate the pursuit of excellence by attendees. Presentations will be presented as part of the 2020 National Conference to be held February 12-14, 2020 at the Peabody Hotel, 118 S 2nd St, Memphis, TN 38103.

The Keep America Beautiful National Conference is the premier annual educational, training and networking forum presented for the benefit of our National Affiliate Network, partners and sponsor organizations.

Approximately 400 attendees will participate in general and concurrent sessions. Attendees include affiliate directors and board members, government, business, civic, community and youth leaders working toward the KAB mission to End Littering, Improve Recycling, and Beautify communities.

The National Conference will offer general sessions and concurrent tracks in support of Keep America Beautiful’s three pillars: Litter Prevention/Waste Reduction, Improved Recycling, and Beautification.

For more than six decades, Keep America Beautiful® has served as our country’s nonprofit steward of litter prevention and community improvement. Through our collective action, communities across America are improving their environments by engaging volunteers in community cleanups, offering increased access to public space recycling opportunities, and enabling affiliate leaders to serve their community members in over 600 diverse locales.

Hosting the National Conference in the “Volunteer State” offers Keep America Beautiful Sponsors and Supporters an opportunity to engage with over 400 affiliates and form strong partnerships and engagement opportunities with Citizens, Business, and Government.

We would like to extend an invitation to interested parties to submit an application to present a concurrent session at the conference in your area of expertise.
