I Am Not Invisible Exhibit Request

Thank you for your interest in bringing the IANI exhibit to your agency, community, or event. Please complete this request form, with as much detail as possible and you will be contacted by Elizabeth Estabrooks, Oregon Women Veterans Coordinator, within 24 hours. 

If approved, the requesting organization will be responsible for pick-up, setup and return of the IANI exhibit and any related paraphernalia (frames, easels, etc.). Requester will also be responsible for promoting the local exhibit to media and the general public, along with support from ODVA, as requested.

Acknowledgement: The person whose name is shown as the responsible party accepts the responsibility of arranging pickup of the exhibit during ODVA business hours and returning the exhibit the day after the display ends (unless special arrangements are made in writing with ODVA). They and/or their organization accept responsibility for any loss or damage incurred to the exhibit while in their possession.
