Welcome to our survey! We share your commitment to gender equity in STEM, and have designed the institutional self-assessment to assist you in meeting your institutional goals for faculty diversity.
 
Please, first carefully review the following short set of instructions before completing the self-assessment:
  • Your answers are automatically saved as you proceed through the survey.
  • The current institutional self-assessment focuses on tenure-track faculty, only.
  • Assistance and/or expertise from different units on campus may be required to complete the institutional self-assessment.
  • The self-assessment tool is comprehensive, and may take more than one sitting to complete. You may return to the institutional self-assessment to make changes as often as needed, but you must consistently do so using the same computer and browser
