ETP Drought Response Training - Enrollment Form |
Introduction
The event you are registering for is part of the Local Government Commission's drought response & resilience training - provided at a subsidized cost through the Employee Training Panel (ETP).
To participate in this training, you must enroll with the ETP Program.
There is NO FEE or OBLIGATION for enrolling. It just enables us to provide this training to you at a reduced cost. You can chose not to participate at any time. By enrolling, you are able to participate in any of our future drought response trainings as well.
The following enrollment form (survey) should only take you about 5-10 minutes.
All of your personal information will be encrypted for security, and will not be shared with anyone - this is information your employer has already provided to the state, and is only needed to verify your eligibility for subsidized training through ETP.
