The Moral Injury During COVID-19 study investigates the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on Healthcare providers working with or impacted in a professional setting. The study is being led by Jennifer Monahan DeMella and Jasleen Kaur, under the supervision of Dr. William Heusler. The study has been approved by the Antioch University Seattle Institutional Review Board. No deception is involved, and the study involves minimal risk to participants.
In this study you will be asked to complete an online survey that consists of an Informed Consent and four additional surveys measuring different domains of stress and mental health. If you agree to participate, please be aware that you are free to withdraw at any point without any penalty. Your participation is solicited, yet strictly voluntary.
All information shared during groups will be treated as confidential. All responses to questionnaires and assessments will be anonymized and will be treated as confidential. In no case will responses from an individual participant be identified. Rather, all data collected from each participant will be associated with a randomly assigned number and will be analyzed and coded by researchers after the submission. All data will be stored in a secure password protected server and computers.
