City of Ellisville Parks

In 2017, the City of Ellisville completed a parks and recreation master plan that included recommendations for improvements to many of the existing Ellisville parks. Since the completion of the master plan several park improvement projects have been implemented. The next park being considered for renovation is Mockingbird Park located north of Manchester Road on the northeast side of the city.

A planning effort has started for Mockingbird to determine the future direction of the park. The Parks Department is seeking input from the community regarding recreational features to be included in the park and input on renovation concepts that have been developed. This study may be used to apply for a St. Louis County Municipal Park Grant to fund the renovation of the park. The schedule for renovation of the park will depend on the timing of the application submission and grant award for this project.
