Committees are encouraged to offer CLE programs as part of their Spring/Fall Committee Meeting agenda.  A minimum of 50 minutes of instruction is required.  Introductory remarks and business meetings may not be counted for credit.

It is very important to get your agenda/CLE information turned in by the deadline so we can start promoting your meeting to committee members. PLUS, the more information we can provide to the members, the easier it is for them to register for your meeting.

If you believe your program will qualify for ethics and/or bias credit, please include a detailed description of what exactly qualifies and the total number of minutes of instruction.

Regulations 15.01.6 – 15.01.9 set out the criteria for content that qualifies as for professionalism, substance abuse and mental health, ethics and malpractice prevention.
