North Minnesota Corridor

Sioux Falls Planning and Development Services is conducting a study of the Minnesota Avenue Corridor. The goal of the study is to provide stakeholders more predictability regarding redevelopment, transition and maintenance areas. We begin our study by getting feedback from the public.

Shape Corridors: Minnesota Avenue Corridor Phase 1 Study, W. Russell Street to W, 2nd Street. We sometimes call this area the North Minnesota Corridor.
