Why is this important?

Millcreek Township is undertaking the development of two important planning documents as required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in order for the Township to continue receiving Community Development Block Grant funds. These resources finance affordable housing and community development activities for low- and moderate-income residents in Millcreek Township.
The Five Year Consolidated Plan provides the framework, informed by community input, to identify housing and community development priorities that align and focus funding toward CDBG programs. The Annual Action Plan will set forth the Township’s budget for funding selected activities in the first year of the five-year plan.
One element of this joint planning process involves outreach to residents, business owners, and community leaders for input on affordable housing, economic development, and community development needs across Millcreek Township. Please take this 10-minute survey and provide your input.
