About NCCL and Chapter Delegate Selection

Michigan Academy of Family Physicians (MAFP) is seeking Chapter Delegates to represent Michigan in each of the five special constituencies (women, minorities, new physicians, international medical graduates, and LGBT physicians/physician allies) at the 2020 National Conference of Constituency Leaders (NCCL), April 23-25, in Kansas City, Missouri.

One Delegate per constituency will be selected by the MAFP Board of Directors from the applications received. If chosen to serve, you will be responsible for participating in NCCL-specific business functions throughout the conference. Delegates should plan to attend ALL NCCL sessions and related activities. Delegates must be active physician members of MAFP and complete the following application no later than November 26, 2019.

Delegates are reimbursed for eligible expenses according to the MAFP reimbursement policy and will be required to submit a report for reimbursement after the conference.

APPLICATION DEADLINE: November 26, 2019. You can expect a confirmation email from the MAFP office acknowledging receipt of your application. Please call 517.347.0098 if you do not receive a confirmation within one week after submitting your application.
