Application Information
This is the application for members to administer Methoxyflurane through SLSNZ.
Methoxyflurane is a prescription medication given under a doctor’s standing order, meaning that careful documentation is not only best practice, it is a legal requirement.
As such, SLSNZ requires members who wish to be able to administer Methoxyflurane while performing duties as a Surf Lifeguard to complete an annual application to be submitted to SLSNZ and approved by the SLSNZ Medical Director Dr. Gary Payinda.
