The Actuaries Institute's Mentoring Program is an exclusive opportunity for young professionals who have finished (or are just about to finish) their studies.
This initiative is about career development, and growing skills around leadership, communication, and decision-making (and much more). It is also an opportunity for individuals to expand their network and engage with mentors who are genuinely invested in strengthening the profession and are committed to shaping the future of actuaries.
To participate mentees must have between 1 and 5 years of work experience, be a member and commit to one meeting a month with your mentor for the duration of the program.
