MPCF SEND Survey 2024

This survey is for parents and carers of children and young people aged 0-25 years with special educational needs and/or disabilities. We are keen to receive feedback from parents and carers about how well the needs of Children and Young People who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities are being identified, assessed and supported in Medway.

This survey is for all with SEN needs not just those with Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
