MassSupport Network is a Crisis Counseling Program (CCP) funded by the Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA) and managed in partnership between the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health and Riverside Trauma Center, a program of Riverside Community Care. The intention of this survey is to understand community and individual needs in relation to COVID-19 so that we can design effective outreach and services to assist all Massachusetts residents during this pandemic and in the aftermath. We cannot create a strong and effective program without insights and feedback from you
If you are a Massachusetts resident, please take a moment and complete this survey (less than 10 minutes) and share with your Massachusetts friends, families, co-workers, and contacts. The more response we receive with the widest net of individuals, the more able we will be to create a program that truly connects with our residents.
