Maricopa County and its local governmental partners are individually and collectively developing plans to guide policy, actions, and investment for housing, infrastructure, community and public facilities, and economic development over the next five years. Known as the “Consolidated Plan for Housing and Community Development,” the plan is required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and serves to address unmet needs and determine funding allocations for eligible investment of HUD federal funds including Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG).
