1)       I have read, understood and agree to comply with CFA Institute’s Code of Ethics, Standards of Professional Conduct, Rules of Procedures Related to Professional Conduct, Candidate Responsibility Statement, and other rules and regulations established by CFA Institute (Rules and Regulations) as amended from time to time;

2)       I have read and will adhere to CFA Society Calgary Bylaws and other rules and regulations established by the Society;

3)       I agree to pay annual dues upon submission of my application; and

4)       I will advise CFA Society Calgary promptly of any change in my employer and/or my contact information.

I affirm that all information provided by me herein is truthful and complete, and agree to notify CFA Society Calgary of any material changes to this information.

* 11. Annual Dues = $50.00 per membership year July 1 – June 30. Dues are not prorated. If joining in the last quarter (April 1 – June 30) dues shall be paid in full for the following membership year.

I understand that once my application has been reviewed and approved I will receive an invoice for $50 plus GST and that payment will be due upon receipt. Failure to pay annual dues on time may result in membership being revoked.

I also understand it is my responsibility to keep my information up to date with the CFA Institute.
