The purpose of this brief survey is to ensure the public has a say in what the RCMP priorities are for the region. Each year, RCMP from the Wetaskiwin detachment establish policing priorities to ensure that—in addition to responding to calls for service—members focus on the policing issues identified by the public as being the most important. These priorities are determines based on the feedback the RCMP received from the municipalities and communities they serve.

Information collected will be reviewed and considered by the RCMP, Wetaskiwin City Council, and Wetaskiwin County Council, as well as policing committees in the region. Paper surveys are also available and can be picked up at the local RCMP Station (5005-48 Avenue, Wetaskiwin). The survey will be available until December 31, 2018.
